Without going into much detail right now, here are a few changes thus far: new webhost, new website, new secure forums, new president. It's time for the Church to reach its full potential.

In Need of some Help

As you may (or may not) know, I am new to San Francisco after a very bad breakup of a LTR. I've been trying to make a new life for myself here and (most crucially) find a job and my own place (or regular roommate situation). Originally, I had a window that would've taken me to the first of November in order to achieve these first steps to start getting my feet back on the ground. Unfortunately, things have changed for my host and I now have to be out of here by September 20th.

While I've had a number of leads and some interviews, I've not been able to secure a position as yet, and from where I'm standing, I'm approaching something of a breaking point, my brothers! So I HAVE TWO REQUESTS I'd ask you to consider:

* first, I NEED A JOB!! I am hoping to take a couple of Fakir Musafar's Classes here in SF, and then apprentice with a reputable piercer. Until then, though, I absolutely WELCOME hard work - physical or otherwise - and have NO PROBLEM "starting at the bottom" to earn my living. I worked Front Counter at two piercing studios in SoCal (Puncture and Anomaly) and have worked Suspension Crew for "Well Hung". Beyond that, I have background in Garden Landscaping, in Animal Care and Management, in Text Writing, Creative Content, and Editing, as well as Customer Service and Corporate Administrative Management (and a musician my whole life). While my first choice is to remain here in the Bay Area, at this juncture, I'm not going to disregard any potential options which come my way.

* The second request is that, after September 20th (somewhat obviously), I NEED A PLACE TO STAY. All I need is a roof over my head - I can sleep on the floor in an out-of-the-way corner (I do have my own airbed too), or a couch or in a basement or back room, etc. I do HAVE MY OWN FOOD money, so I won't interfere with your food supply (nor would I want to as I'm on a fairly strict diet). I also HAVE MY OWN WIRELESS INTERNET SETUP, so I wouldn't be imposing on anyone's computer time, etc. I also get outdoors as much as possible, mostly on my bicycle.

But like any of us, in order to have a real shot at putting my life back together, I need a base of operations as well as the ability to remain as physically healthy as possible.

I do realize this is a big leap; to hope that a brother who most likely would be a "stranger" in all other respects, would open his home to a man in my current situation - I've actually done it myself in the past, so I know! However, I CAN GIVE REFERENCES to my character, my honesty, and my efforts to improve my state; keeping any such stay to an absolute minimum.

I can't THANK YOU enough for considering helping me in this crucial moment. I will do whatever I can and/or need to in order to accommodate any parameters you might need to have addressed, etc. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Earlobe Reversal Practicioner Needed

Body Mod clothing

Hello Group!

I am looking for the opinions of artists, owners, and customers for an idea that I and a couple tattoo artists friends of mine. We would like to design and wholesale different styles of graphic tees for men and women that properly reflect our lifestlyes. We feel that many of the companies out there do not completely understand us. (This is by no means to insult the companies out there, but we just feel there is always room for improvement.)

So what are you feelings about a new clothing company, would you wear it, would you sell it, are there existing lines that would like to add our line to their catalogs? These would be just general feedback answers, I realize since you haven't seen any of the images.

Piercing Ouch

So i have been threw a lot of piercings,
1. Nipples, 4 sets of Hor. and 1 set of virt. presently virts
2. 5 in tongue at present
3. septum presently
4. Both eyebrows in various places
5. earl
6. ears all up and down and an industrial
7. both nostrals
8. Lip
9. libret
10. prince albert
11. 2 frenums at present
12. reverse Prince Albert at present

Above all else the Reverse Prince Albert hurt the most, followed closely by my septum... what about you other out there

Hello this is our August newsletter. Body Art Web has been growing and getting bigger than ever. Last month we did more than 5 million hits. We have been adding Models, Artist, Piercers, Inked Mortals and Pierced Mortals. We have added a full gallery to our tattoo flash with all the pages added and ready for you. We have just finished a new 12 page tiger set for the entire body It is tiger designs for every part of the body all done in a classic tribal look the pages will be added by the 30th. If anyone out there is looking to advertise come on over and we shall set you right up. At end of page will be links for people to view specific section.

We are right now looking for Models, Artist, Piercers and People with ink to join the site for free. Send in a email saying you want to show off your work online and I will send you a interview or a questionnaire and will add you right up. All you need are pics of you and your work.

pain induced trances

after doing a few piercing shows, the theme of pain induced trances a la shamanism has entered my headspace quite frequently. pain, just like many varieties of drugs, fasting, sleep deprevation and whatnot, is (obviously) a way of altering your consciousness. the shows i have done have all involved numerous and sometimes large gauge piercings, and by the time they are all done and the show is in progress, i have been in states where i was almost not really controlling my body. i was 'in control', i wasn't falling over and getting blood all over the crowd (though that would be quite the spectacle:) but my movements were of utmost ease and the level i was vibrating on is one not often experienced by your average ear pierced jane and joe.. as to be expected, the vibrations i experienced were felt by the members of the audience..and percieved in different ways. the themes of my shows are almost always relating to freeing oneself, or ridding oneself of harmful things. while everyone may experience something different from seeing someone go through such an endeavor, it is rather difficult to NOT be affected by it in some way..and wether it's enjoying someone enjoy the experience of going through that onstage or getting sick to the stomach and having to face the discomfort, i would hope that ultimatly the effect of the show on people is going to be a posative one.

anyhoo..what can all of you share about the levels you've reached through body modification, or insights into the idea?

and i know it was not on hear?
i knowtest the 3 church bars!and the mind body soul!
and its all the same!
so was just wondering?
i know the old cobm has not bean up and runing for a long time naw!!
any way im new hear and thought i would also say hello with this questen.:)
