Is there any one all ready perform castration or penectomy?

Sat, March 3, 2007 - 3:21 PMWanting to get a partial Penectomy.. GLANSECTOMY.. You think it is a good idea? or yes you have heard or seen one before? Having a PA I know what pain is when cutting or piercing the glans, I have a RPA which is only 8ga and performing that along with my meatomy was not really a problem. I am just wondering if this cutting might be a problem if I cauterize the stump after I sever the glans... Any thoughts or suggestions?
about how to approach cutting my glans off..
I have pictures of what I look like now with measurments but don't want to post them on my profile..

Wed, April 18, 2007 - 8:33 AMbefore glansectomy it's better to split the glans in the middle in two. So the peehole is free and you can remove the half glanses one after the other and healing between. and it is easier to cauterize the little half stumb.
