Wanting to get a partial Penectomy.. GLANSECTOMY.. You think it is a good idea? or yes you have heard or seen one before? Having a PA I know what pain is when cutting or piercing the glans, I have a RPA which is only 8ga and performing that along with my meatomy was not really a problem. I am just wondering if this cutting might be a problem if I cauterize the stump after I sever the glans... Any thoughts or suggestions?
