I am looking to get my earlobes fixed to look normal again. I am going into the Police Academy next year and to get hirted after that I need to fiix my lobes. The procedure you are wanting is usually done by a Plastic Surgeon.From what I've learned about it,it is a relativly easy and quick operation.
